Friday evening begins with me making dinner. Husband was down in the basement. Next thing I hear is husband screaming and yelling OH No to Snowflake or something like that. I ran down to see what had happen. Told me he saw Snowflake come tumbling down the stairs and landed by the wall.
We have 12 wooden steps all open with a concrete basement floor.
Snowflake has a bump on his right forward with an abrasion. A line bump along the right side of his head leading to another big bump on the back right of his head.
I notice when we were in the ER that he had another big bump on the back of his left head.
When we first got to the ER they wanted to put him on a backboard and put a neck brace on him. But they couldn't find one small enough.
They checked his body over to make sure all is ok. Gave him some benadrly to get him to sleep so they could do a CT Scan to rule out bleeding.
So all is ok.
We got to the ER at 6:15 p.m. and was discharged at 9:30 p.m.
